Skill bug and chat

Hey guys i have a 2.7 (Aion Lightning) server on a cloud server and localhost as well

In my localhost the templar skill Divine Blow (Chain) Works.
On my Cloud server it doesnt (Same files)

Same with the chat server.

On the localhost chat server including LFG works.
On the Cloud server it doesnt.

Anyone know the fixes?! Thx alot!

2.7??!! Jesus, 90% of devs working with Aion are working on the later 4.x and 5.x releases. I doubt anybody will bother to even investigate a release that old.
