Attacks not registering, client bug?

Me and my friends are having trouble with 1.65 client, sometimes our attacks don't come out, the character just stays motionless even when we spam clicks, it totally breaks our combos, why is that happening? Can someone upload the clean 1.65 client or installer?

[EDIT] Found out that the problem is WINDOWS 10 version 1709! It's a global error and it's not client or server sided, you just have to downgrade your w10 version OR use a macro in your mouse. I'm actually using a PAGEUP+CLICK command on my LB and PAGEDWN+CLICK on my RB, solved it.
