How to fix it ?

You're banned is that?
(navicat)
WarZ>dbo>UsersData>AccountStatus
WarZ>dbo>Accounts>AccountStatus

100 = normal
200 = banned

just change 200 for 100 and save.

100 normal
200 ban true but this guy's problem is acc lock.
102 is lock status

Just change 102 to 100 and save..

look in the code for the launcher and in the code of the Api, so the same check-in feature database. And all will be good!
