Error Game Server ?

I open the online server I have a couple open time. Server game I just shut down the error.

What is the server? Fresh up or s.49?

I think all 3 threads from him address the same problem.

Simply turn the encryption off inside the proxi.ini by commenting out the "DecryptPacket" line or set it to false (DecryptPacket = false).
