[HELP] Arcturus Setup

It's been a while since I've tried anything to do with setting up a private server but I'm looking to set up Arcturus, just to have as a little localhost hotel that I can do SWF coding, PHP Coding (For CMS) and other stuff like that when I'm bored.

I've tried many times to set up a hotel using Arcturus and BrainCMS but whenever I open the catalogue, my client crashes with no errors on the emulator and various errors about the hof_furni files not being found.

I've looked through my external variables but everything checks out, Even the link my chrome error shows for the file not being there is right, and the file is actually there.

Am I missing something? Are there certain SWFs to be used? Is there even a decent tutorial on how to set up Arcturus?

Any help would be appreciated in the form of a small and simple tutorial, links for proper downloads etc.
