And to edit the client side text so it shows different download this: https://www.sendspace.com/file/64m1hv and open itemtooltiptext.bmd then locate your client file and open this one: Data\Local\Eng\ItemTooltipText_eng.bmd

Ah hell dude i'm sorry wrong BMD file i found the correct one. Open that BMD editor and go to first menu and click on BuffEffect.bmd and edit this file in the client Data\Local\Eng\BuffEffect_eng.bmd my apologies once again.
Should start on line 40.

the only way to understand is TEST, so change first line numbers etc and go in game and see what happens :)
