How to remove global notice/message at S8?

Basically, I'm using Acrisio SuperSS to host S8 of Pangya. Every few minutes there will be a sound playing along with a global message on top of the game being displayed. Personally, I can just easily get used to it and ignore the global messages, but my friends can't eventually stand it and asked if I could disable it somehow. Is there a way to turn this off?

As you can see, the little window on top with the green text.

Edit GameServer.exe with an hex editor.
go to address 95AB0, find and replace C0 27 09 00 by FF FF FF FF
