i heard some ppl even sell files with some new updates or i can stick with the free one :)

If your new stick with free ones. They are plenty of files here in ragezone files just look around http://forum.ragezone.com/f197 and find a one you like. But if you want to make a public server then i would recommend buying premium files. But until then just use free ones until you get a hang of things.
