Heroic cms download

Hello
My problem is: I can not find the Heroic download.

On the official site, when i click here, it gives me error.

https://github.com/chrismpettyjohn/Heroic on this site, there isn't the Database, Heroic.exe, etc..
Help me!

Use Chocolatey. Looks cleaner and Heroic is not that smooth. Chocolatey may be outdated but it still works.
