[Release] Beast Launcher with Auto-updater

Hello everyone, I would like to rerelease the Launcher i made i think a year or so.
This one is the same as before and contains some fixes.

This launcher with auto-updater setup is the easiest you'll find around here in RZ, the videos takes 30mins cuz i didn't edit it so, adjust the video speed through youtube :D
