May I ask why top 3 players are 30+ rr and the rest are 4 rr and below?

because they have purchased vip platinum, now every player can get VIP Platinum on 3 days for FREE on registration. Vip platinum give increasable benefits and rewards. and you can do reset on level 300 as well.
