problems with the database

If u see at the picture, I have a problem with mariadb engine.
I srsly could'nt find anywhere why this error always come and theres nothing on google for it.

I make a roleplay habbo with fluxrp cms and i use iis10 with navigat, i followed 2 tutorials and neither did work and i really dont know.
Mysql is on, iis10 is on, navigat is on i dont know what problem it is.

If u know the error and how to fix it please tell me.
