[HELP] Create guild not function & BM3 FG skill 1,2,3 bug

guys...anyone can help my how to solve this problem? im using cabal philipinas file here http://forum.ragezone.com/f459/release-cabal-pilipinas when i wan to create guild at officer nothing happen... than my FG skill BM3 not work properly... the A B skill is ok...but the special skill prob...pls anyone can help me fix this issue..sorry for my bad english....TQ

My hint to fix Guild Creation issue is EventData.Hint for BM3 FG Synergy is already provided by Drav3n.
