All you have to do is buy a WEBHOST which supports MSSQL extension connection (ask the host providers) lghost.co.uk or sovahost.net have it already.
then when you setup your web connect to your VPS HOST normally
and in host enable TCP/IP in sql network configuration settings + 1433 port in the properties + open 1433 port for remote connection
