[Help] GameserverCs fail

Trying to set up a season 2 server from Karli's tutorials here...
Got almost everything up except GameserverCs

This is what is looks like...
(I'm using s2 server files that KarLi linked in tutorial)

Also another question:
In server files should my ip be 192.168.XXXXX everywhere ?
Or should it be 127.0.0.1 everywhere?
(including the Main.exe from the client???)
Also on server startup I write 127.0.0.1

UPD Problem solved lock thread please or tell me how to do it :D

use .192.168.xx if just in mapserverinfo.dat and in connectserver folder serverlist.dat
everywhere else put 127.0.0.1

main.exe = 192.168.xxxxx yes
startup = 127.0.0.1
