I'm new in that section and searching for the newest/best files for playing a little bit around and have some fun with friends + modding.

Which are the best, with less amount of bugs ?

For Free with source for modding and less bugs i say that best are "MuEmu Louis S4 S6 S8 (Update 8)" Available in another forum.

Mostly depends on the season you want.

TitanTech is good for s6 but a little buggy.
Muemu is pretty good for s4-s6-s8. But still has bugs. But can be fixed through the source or just use a repack.
IGCN for s9.

Everyone will have a different view on the 'Best Free Files' I'm just giving you feedback on the teams I've tested.
