[Release] MU Online Index Calculator

Like title says, this is a small tool to calculate ItemIndex from server or client side.
I have crated this small program to help some users (Like me) who need to do a reverse calc to code somethings in a MuOnline sources, or add new items in server configuration.

It calculate ItemIndex, and also does reverse calc for ItemIndex to Category,Index item.
Later i can do it a tool to calculate with object id and reverse with object id too. :junglejane:
