How to chage position at char creation.

Hello guys,
as the titles says my question would b how do you change the standard char position to this:

I've seen it on one of the priv. servers, and I wonder how it's done.

get the animation on official client (LOBY_ST_XX) and replace it on your man.ech (idleXX__00)
