First of all i was new member here try to improve myself to a game which is "RF Online" since i try to search a good reverse engineer someone message me and give discord and he say that was s-p-n and after that we almost deal 700$ for this project he dont even reply me on my discord or give the files im asking to work on it. Can someone help me atleast?

This is why you don't buy files through ragezone, ESPECIALLY when people are claiming to be someone else or they will "get you in contact with" somebody else.
I didn't not buy a files its my own files, its a software development

For the record, I have no interest regarding RF online, Gameguard, or cracking license keys thereof. It sounds to me like you really messed up that guy's paypal account by reversing the transaction. That's good to hear, and I hope that prevents other people from getting scammed from him. I also hope he really did do a lot of work for nothing, and he realizes that using somebody else's name doesn't get him anywhere.
I'm very sorry to hear about this, but I think the developers who deserve your money are the ones who created the very software you want to crack.
With that said, I suggest pointing your wallet towards the creators of the software you want to crack. I believe if something brings you joy, it's worth paying for- and moreover, the creators deserve compensation. See a related idea, Karma.
