Help, Delete this Penalty Combat

This look like penalty combat in other game, if my energy 0 hours and i kill World Boss that bos not drop everything and i dont get SP and EXP ? i want ask how to edit and delete that penalty combat, thanks before :)

You could probably disable profit-time and profit-time2 in gs.conf so being in any area doesn't cost you energy
