KQ Rewards

Hello, i hope everyone can help me.

When i start a KQ and clear it (Same on all KQs) than i dont become my Reward. What is the Problem with it? Everyon have a fix for it? Please help. Thanks

I cant create this Rewardboxes with makeitem.
No Errorlog or Assert for KQs.

No one have a Idea or can help me?

Try to set up a new DB.
That solved the Problem for me.
