[Help] Cash shop item cannot be bought

Hello recently i notice that when i try to buy somenthing from my cash shop inside Game It send me a message that say "this item cannot be bought".

The shop use to work normally but today that happen, first i tried to take a look at MuOnline db but i dont find any relevant so i decide to change my shop (server and cliente) but the issue persist so i do a MuOnline db restore using a .bak that i save from 5 days ago (when the shop use to work) but the issue still persist.

Im thinking to make a new db again ando start from 0 but i would like to ask first if someone know what else can i do?

Using MuEmu season 12, SQL server 2012.

Pd. I also install the MuCore 2.2.0 web so idk if that maybe have something to do with my issue.

EDIT: I made a new DB with the same server files but the issue still persist. :(
