Hey guys, I develop new application for people which creating emulator for servers. This is program will be help you in decryptor packets and help work with packets in server. I'm too doing emulator but now I create only application and me needs more people for testing application. I want to finding 2-3 people in command and we bill be work for application. ONLY if you creating emulator for servers!

Seems to me like a fishy way to get your backdoors onto a Developer's machine to steal their emulators o.O
As far as Decrypting packets, it varies not only between the different Games, but also between the different versions of those games (since many developers/publishers change their encryption keys/their encryption entirely every server versions), there's no way you could make an application to "do that" all on it's own, even if you were a bloody expert in AI you'd still have hard time working on something like this, and it will certainly take you several years to accomplish at the very least, and that's without even saying that it will not be flawless and decrypt any game, but most likely a very select few from a list.

I’m developer and now write program and I study the structure of package structures in different games. I dont say what application will make all, it will be help you when will you dectypt packet.
