Which DNT File is responsible for Cashshop or Custome Weapons

Hello, I've been trying to change the level requirements of almost every item and i've searched through alot of DNT files but i simply can't find it for example i've changed all custome parts/sets to have no level requirement

But i want to know how to do the same to these

I've searched across my DB of DNT files I found the shop ID of where the weapon gets sold which is Pania (807) The staff ID self (1073834078) Required Coupon (1073834100)

But i just can't find the DNT file responsible for the level requirement itself.

If anybody knows i'd be very thankfull if you could point me to the right way.
