And this is where you come in.

You as Art Director will design, adjust and optimize the player experience. You will apply rigorous reasoning and a dose of imagination to design the fun in the form of exciting in-and-out experiences for the projects we are working on. You'll work with all the tools available and collaborate with teams to innovate and repeat the player-focused design that will delight everyone.



You Are:
►Regardless of your level of education, you seek knowledge as a lifelong activity; you absorb new knowledge every day while you enjoy new challenges for your learning opportunities and you know when to solve a problem by yourself and when to move forward with a team.

► Compatible with technology, you have technical or programming training, you solve problems with the same systematic precision; you have extensive experience with scripting languages and designer tools and this is a definite advantage.


►You have strong opinions about everything, In every game, you always get involved in a discussion about your opinions; you tend to always upgrade your conclusions to better models.

►A leader! When you speak, you talk persuasively and people want to hear you; you often help your co-workers focus on the right things, guide others in design, and push products to avoid mistakes and find opportunities.

You Will:
► Solve difficult design problems that make it worth solving; Raise the strategy and quality of the product or product segment that you are responsible in partnership with other leaders.

►Continually learning about the space of the game in which you are working, making and sharing these learning.

►Create and implement action plans for the team future success, emphasizing results and development.

►Actively support the art department by sharing best practices, elevating the art direction at Nyx Entertainment and contributing as a member of the community.

►Gather, recognize, and respond to internal feedback by adjusting design options as needed.


►When designing, use quality work procedures that set a good example for others.
