[Maplestory] Searching for Developer and Web Developer

Looking for a developer and web designer for upcoming Maplestory server.

Developer:
Must be familiar with Java/Javascript.

Web Developer:
Must be able to build a unique website with functional rankings. Visuals aren't important, as long as they are easily changed by someone less knowledgeable with the code.
