if your vps is very low specs like 2 gb your agent will crush upgrade your vps to 4GB up to 6GB
@CrimsonRockz ,Yes Sir. The ram increase for up to 2 GB then disappear, I do have a bad packet protection already. when multiple players enter the game, the agent server generate too much ram usage.

Very Thanks for the help, I'll just so frustrated with the issue, I still wondering what is the root cause of that issue, it is a source improper code? or any? once it reach 1 GB , boom it will disappear.

max_thread 5, mine was 6, did you use this? it is already tested? how much ram do your agent consume?
