Receiving Character Information

Hello all, I've followed http://forum.ragezone.com/f771/guide...server-977713/

and with a bit of trial and error I got past a few issues, but I cannot figure this one out.

after logging in I get hit with "Receiving Character Information"

if I click elsewhere on the screen it goes away and I'm unable to create any character.

Edit-

I have managed to fix this and am now able to play. I believe the cause was my sql server agent was disabled for some reason, I don't know if this was the actual cause but after restarting sql services and computer multiple times I have it working.

Managed to fix it ????
