HELP MAPLESTORYv83 DC AFTER PIC

Hello guys i'm using TiredStory v83 source and I got everything done and im not getting any errors on the bat file. I just keep dc'ing and I also disabled pic. This is what I get. I also disabled Miccrosoft Loopback. I have a feeling it has something to do in my netbeans but i don't know what. Help would be really appreciated.

If dc is after selecting char and you are using localhost, you need to put ip 127.0.0.1 and on the client as well.

I did but it still does the exact same thing as before.
