"You cannot use this item" issue

Hello there

I was wondering if anyone has issues with an item called "memory feather" which I cannot use. Every time I try to use it I get a "you cannot use this item" msg.

Also... does anyone knows where to modify the KQ experience for completion?

I found the solution and if you look at this it might help you:

ItemUseFunction.txt -> In World folder.

I tried adding a few functions extrated from previous server versions... no luck so far. :*:
