Well, you gotta decide if its 10nov or 17nov. Some places shows one date, others another.
Also you have different infos here and in your website. Here is says its 50x, there it says 25x/15x

Good evening dear, both on the web and in the post they say the real experience, however, the base experience of the server is 50x and the higher the level of base exp will be reduced until reaching 25x, now the inauguration Official will be Sunday, November 17, 2019! We will wait for you!!!
