Skill Icon blinking

Hello and Good day to all!



Anyone know how to fix the blinking buffs? level 7 buffs duration is 1080 in 899 count down the skill icon in right side is blinking. in original i think 100+ or 200+ seconds will blink. mine is 899 seconds.

my guess is your duration is not sync between client and server, does the duration correct? and in sync?
