[HELP] v15 Source to v19 Full Theme + UI Swap [NEWB]

I'm looking to change the theme and User Interface on my v15 server to the v19 look, I know this takes some source editing but I need someone thats willing to dumb it down for me and tell me what to do "Very Noob" :P

Compare v19 source to your v15 source using winmerge

If I copy all of the code that I see different in the whole v19 source will it break anything?
