Remastered Server Files for you people.

Sup Community,

I've been looking for good high rate Servers but sadly I wasn't successful.
So I ended up making a mistake by working with someone on a Server. That someone likes to spend hundreds of euros on whatever Kirito can sell him. That includes Remastered Server Files and an up-to-date Sky Sniffer that is Remastered compatible. Since I don't want everyone to keep secrets about everything just because you think you can get a lot of money if you do so, I'll show you how to share. It's not that hard.

EDIT: Since some people will ask how to set up the Server, I'll give you a short tutorial.

Spoiler:

So the first thing you should do is check the config files.

Go to /Server/realmserver/configs/network.properties and open it up with an Editor like Notepad++.
You will need to check 3 things:
network.rmi.host = 127.0.0.1
network.host = 127.0.0.1
network.port = 8888

127.0.0.1 is used for a local server. If you want to run the server on a root server use the roots public IP instead.
You change the Port to whatever you prefer. 8888 works fine, so no need to change it imo.
You do the same thing for /Server/worldserver/config/network.properties but you don't use the same Port.
The worldserver Port is usually the realmserver Port + 1. In this case it's 8889.

Now you go to /Server/worldserver/config/server.properties.
You will find server.ip = 127.0.0.1.

Same as before, 127.0.0.1 is used for local. Root Servers use their public IP.
Once you've done this, the server is set up. But the Client is not.
Open up the service.ini in your Client Folder. You will find something that looks like this:

All you do is insert the IP you use for your Server (Local: 127.0.0.1, Root: Public IP) and the Port you entered in
/Server/realmserver/configs/network.properties.
Now you can download the Launcher that I added to the Download Link and extract everything in the .rar Archive to your Client Folder.

To start the Server all you need to do is start the Batch Files in order:
1-Database.bat
2-REALMSERVER.bat
3-GAMESERVER.bat

Once you see that on your Gameserver Console:

The server is up and ready for you to connect.

Run the Launcher as Administrator and enter whatever Username and Password you like. The Database will automatically create an Account on Login.

I hope this helped you out a little. If it still doesn't work for you, you can message me on the Forum or post a Reply and I will try to help you out as much as I can whenever I'm there.

Would probably be better if you make a list as I don't know what exactly works and what not.
There's just a few things I remember like Quests and Horses not working properly...

I didn't upload the Source because It's like twice as big as the compiled server and I didn't want to upload that much with my not so good upload speed. If you want to I can do that though. But you can also use a Java Decompiler using Procyon to get accurate Java Files.

All you need are the class files in gameserver.jar/realmserver.jar in /Server/components.

either way, is there any way to change the IP on the launcher or the source code to whatever it injects because it would seem that a simple batch file with the login and password doesn't work and hits you with a "Failed to init security" error.

The launcher takes the IP in the service.ini. So all you need to do is change it there.
The batch file should work though by the way. It's basically what the launcher does. Start BlackDesert64.exe with launch parameters.

Hm, then maybe it's the client. I'm using the actual Acharnes Client, which has probably updated some things for stuff here not to work.

I'll just download the client uploaded to your GDrive and see what develops.

Yep, it was the client. It works, and I used the word "works" in the loosest way possible since after seeing how many bugs I have to fix, I just went to bed and curled in a ball trying to tell myself "no it's not buggy, it's normal that the Archer class can learn S: Instant Accel, really" and then proceeding to cry myself to sleep.

Anyways, another thing; is the Client being in moonrunes (aka Korean EDIT: Wait, upon closer inspection, it's Taiwanese) normal or is there a setting or variable I failed to change on the service.ini?

There's many bugs, so not exactly "correctly".. The Lahn/Mystic/Archer problem is the missing ActionScripts in the binaryactionchart.bin.
As long as there's no public ActionScript Parser I can't fix that.

I am setting up a download service on my Windows Server for a direct download link right now. Will update the post whenever it's done.

There's many bugs, so not exactly "correctly".. The Lahn/Mystic/Archer problem is the missing ActionScripts in the binaryactionchart.bin.
As long as there's no public ActionScript Parser I can't fix that.

Actually, the database I was using with my v795 was in Korean as well, but the Client was in English so I'm not sure if it's that. The name being in Taiwanese is gonna be annoying.

Also, is it normal that on consecutive start-ups the Client keeps changing the opcode it uses for logging-in?

Not sure what's with the opcodes.. I noticed when Sniffing that some horse opcodes or the CMAcceptQuest don't always use the same Opcode..

ok i was able to boot the server batch files and they work fine, then game loads but when im in the main screen and press start game crushes with the error: "failed to connect". any idea? tx in advance to all kind answers!

it looks like the worldserver.properties and gameserver.properties in my directories are different from the files you posted in 1rst post guide because they lack some instructions. can you pls upload them with settings for a local game? and maybe the server.ini file for a local game too? see you dudes!

Yeah I noticed. Will see what I can do right now.


EDIT: Link is fixed.

The thing with the changing opcodes on login has broken me, at one point it took me 10 retries restarting the client to get it to send the right opcode just to test one goddamn fix, and there are lot to fix so this literally broke me.

It has certainly extended the time it takes to fix bugs, with how many times it requires for you to get lucky to get the right random opcode. I know Black Desert is RNG-based, but I didn't expect it on this end as well.

If anyone fixes just this random opcode thing on login, I'll be grateful if you share how. I'm gonna stay away from anything related to Black Desert private servers until I can find something here that fixes this, I'll check here again from time to time.

It's for my own sanity, again thanks for the share.

Tutorial how to bypass the buggy black spirit questline at the beginning

=========

Since this guy isn't going to answer, solution to get rid off the beginners guide-lockdown:
First of all, get a database access tool like Robo3T Lite (Studio version kinda makes things easier in editing, but is overall fuckcluster if you are focusing on fast information gathering). It is free to use (except Studio, wants a Trial-Expansion everything? No clue, ignore it).
Login into your database (run your database, realm- and gameserver).
Insert the credentials as "127.0.0.1:27017" IP:Port. No authentification or any kind of login-parameters needed.
Start the BDO Launcher and create an account by just simple inserting one and logging in. Create a character and do nothing else. Leave the client open. Now back to your Robo3T, hit the login and expand the branches as following:
Database-Name -> Collections -> players: rightclick and go for "View Documents", there you will see something like "10000000000000005" (player ID), which is unique to your created characters.
Expand the one (or one of em, if you have multiple...), rightclick somewhere like on name, exp or whatever, "Edit Document..." and change your "level" to 15. Save it. Done.

Back to your client, select the character you newly created and have edited inside your database, start. You shouldn't face the beginners quest at all.


Java Emulations are the worst.
8 fucking years with Lineage 2 and I am tired of this crap.
MSSQL and some standard C++ modules would have been better, no matter if leaked (like on SRO and Dragonica) or basically coded in it. Better than this lagfest and confusion of archiving stuff in java emu.

To be honest.. the quest fix is just changing a 0 to 1.
I was hoping people would give some effort on finding the quest issue themselves.
But since that didn't happen I will give you a quick tutorial on how to find it and fix it.

Spoiler:

First of all go to /Server/components/.
In there are a few .jar files, one of them is gameserver.jar.
Open that up with a program like WinRAR and find /com/bdoemu/gameserver/dataholders/QuestData.class.

Upload that to Java decompiler online and decompile it to a .java file.
Now you got the source of that.
It's not that hard to read it. Here's the important parts:
1. Shows which Database Table is used.
2. Is what happens. You can see that in the console when the QuestData is loading.
3. Is what is supposed to be true, but it's not. Also known as "our problem".

So something is wrong with the ContentsGroupKey. So let's check that in the Database.
Open up the bdo.sqlite3 in /Server/worldserver/data/sqlite3/bdo.sqlite3.
Look for the QuestData_Table, right click it and click Browse Table.

Filter the QuestGroup by 21001 because that's the quest you want to fix.
And then look at the first Entry you get. Should be ID 13072.

Now scroll all the way to the right. You will see ContentsGroupKey that says 4001.

Now that we know the ContentsGroupKey for our quest, find the ContentsGroupOption Table in the bdo.sqlite3.
Scroll down to the bottom to find 4001. In there you see there's the previously mentioned 0 on NA_REAL.
NA_REAL is the language key our clients uses. In this case 0 mean false, while 1 would be true.
And since our client uses NA_REAL and it's set to false... Good job Sherlock, the quest is just deactivated for our language key.
Change that to 1 and BOOM! Quests fixed..

So something is wrong with the ContentsGroupKey. So let's check that in the Database.
Open up the bdo.sqlite3 in /Server/worldserver/data/sqlite3/bdo.sqlite3.
Look for the QuestData_Table, right click it and click Browse Table.

Filter the QuestGroup by 21001 because that's the quest you want to fix.
And then look at the first Entry you get. Should be ID 13072.

Now scroll all the way to the right. You will see ContentsGroupKey that says 4001.

Now that we know the ContentsGroupKey for our quest, find the ContentsGroupOption Table in the bdo.sqlite3.
Scroll down to the bottom to find 4001. In there you see there's the previously mentioned 0 on NA_REAL.
NA_REAL is the language key our clients uses. In this case 0 mean false, while 1 would be true.
And since our client uses NA_REAL and it's set to false... Good job Sherlock, the quest is just deactivated for our language key.
Change that to 1 and BOOM! Quests fixed..

I was hoping people would give some effort on finding the quest issue themselves.
But since that didn't happen I will give you a quick tutorial on how to find it and fix it.

Spoiler:

First of all go to /Server/components/.
In there are a few .jar files, one of them is gameserver.jar.
Open that up with a program like WinRAR and find /com/bdoemu/gameserver/dataholders/QuestData.class.

Upload that to Java decompiler online and decompile it to a .java file.

I'm not being a dick. Not sure what you did, but my quests work just fine after that fix.
The console says that a lot of quests are disabled by the ContentsGroupOption if you don't change that, so changing that to be active definitely has an effect on the given issue.

Just change the procedure Accept Condition Below Lv 10, the mean cause every time you login to game for the first time character level not lv 0.

now the problem how to spawn that npc? cause the npc not avalaible at the first spawn of place.
