How to adding/removing NPC inside the server

Can anyone guide how to adding/removing NPC inside the server

you make these modifications with rylcoder, right side script editor, search for which you want to remove and save, to add it is similar you can copy an npc and change its source code that would be his identification, each npc has its number there can be no duplicates,

Yes, i make these modification using ryl coder 2.7.0 , I open ryl coder and edit the npcscript like you say right side script editor, I ctrl+f and find the npc name that i want replace their npc name. I done i change from "Newbie Item" to "Hello, Welcome to Server" and save. Then i go to npcscript editor and go to zone 8 and see the npc that i want to change their name is changed. And then i ingame but that npc i was change name still remain same like before nothing is changed.*i just stop until save the ryl coder, and direct ingame, maybe i done an incomplete step. Can you guide me ? please*Thank you for your information
