[Help] "Server Full" Problem

Please help i really need help please reply please

i'm using igcn season 9 server files so my problem is i only have 3 players and my player limit is 50 but when i try or other player try to connect to server it always says server full.

is there something wrong with the connect server or the game server please help plz.

For sure problem is connection between client and server. I would try to check are the serials correct in client first. I remember long time ago countless times got this problem. Check the client configurations first. Later recheck all server configurations. Patiently and slowly.
