[Luna 2 online] Hire a full stack engineer for hosting a server

I love luna this game so much.

Requirement:

1. Help me build up a game server
2. Help me build up the game website with payment function with item mall (just like the link below)
3. Full admin panel corresponding to the game basic: ( change exp/gold drop rate , adding item to user's bag , ban user speaking/ log in to game , GM buff , change monster spawn time ) , advanced: ( creating new weapon/item ,adding new skill, adding new Mission/ new map, change the original value of weapon , make a web lucky draw , creating new monster , change pet's defense ...etc)
4. IP filter(ban china)
5. log in portal and encrypt function on client side
6. Willing to keep cooperate in long term, great maintenance skill where

I will rent a window server machine in US region, and the target player is speaking in traditional chinese (TW/HK)
