[Help] 1.04D IceStorm / Decay FIX skill

Hi guys.
We all know for a long time about a bug with skill Ice Storm / Decay for season 6.
I am interested in fixes for this skill for the 1.04D game client.
The problem is that when attacking with a skill IceStorm - Players or Monsters sometimes can get illusion of Monster/Player.
Please contact me who can do this.
