I have already tried but the login always remains the same does not change

I guess, many don't know how to do it, so many can't help ????

If you have access to the client with the login screen you want, then just copy waste the UI files.

PS: I managed to change everything but the ui.dat and ui.dts files had to be changed too

Did you edit ui_texture2.dds? I just edited that file and it applied ingame - as you can see in the post above. It's literally written with the text layer from photoshop ontop of the login screen.

I meant this and I did it but there are other files to change
