At the moment, there are no "perfect" public emulator. All files you'll see are broken (more or less). If people are trying to make you buy files, pretending they are fully working, you are getting scammed.

The most playable and stable ones are remastered version. It constantly updating by ODO discord servers.

Its gonna be really hard to find very good files for this i think (especially remastered files thats not buggy)
