[HELP] Pangya S4.9 Client Crash - c0000005 (Access Violation)

Hi All,

I am experiencing Pangya client (S4.9) crash in the following situations:

- When finishing a tournament (it does not happen in VS mode).
- Sometimes when pressing ALT + TAB.
- Sometimes when switching from Full Screen/Window and the other way around.

Looking at the exception.log I can see either one of the following errors:

1)
Program: F:\Pangya\wangreal.dll
Exception: c0000005 (Access Violation) at xxxxxx

2)
Program: F:\Pangya\d3d8.dll
Exception: c0000005 (Access Violation) at xxxxxx.

My last pak file is 584thf so I am assuming that my client is the latest one available.

I am experiencing these mainly when using Nvidia GTX-XXXX (eg. 1060 or 1080) graphic cards.
On other graphic cards (eg. integrated cpu graphic card) seems to work properly.

Do you guys know how I can solve this issue (it is very frustrating) because I am always crashing at the end of tournaments (loosing everything, pang and exp)
