Blade and Soul Section
Hi everyone
In view of recent events, I believe that the category "MMO and MMORPG Developments" should be added to the Blade and Soul section.
Server files for this game were recently published.
Official Server Files
Client for this server
This was a very anticipated release and now a separate section for this game will be very much in demand. In the near future, many materials and tutorials for the server files of this game will be published.
I really hope that other users will support this topic.

unless someone will actually manage to create the game to a working stage there will be pointless to do that action
my vote for that is negative in all the respect the files been released , but none yet manage to create or somethin else for the admin to preform new section for only release will be bad idea , see for example a.v.a this section is dead as its damage server files that none may understand , do you want it to be again?
I suggest we wait for a bit more few days that someone will confirm of open local server to see the files working.

Once people start getting things working, and real progress has been made, I imagine the case for opening a BnS section would be stronger. So just remain patient, and do your best to help everybody figure the files out.

then please go ahead and add stuff to the appropriate sections here: http://forum.ragezone.com/f111/ read the rules and use the correct tags and all that ofc.
When we see enough activity there, we will make a new section. Thanks!

there are a lot of archived sections, a section creation for blade & soul will liven up the forum, my opinion
for me it is useful a new section when the server files is public and functional

The most annoying thing is that due to the fact that the administration does not want to create a separate section on the development of Blade and Soul, this topic is slowly fading, and the entire development has moved to discord channels... There are already quite a lot of developments, but no one will spread it until a separate section is created for this purpose

I don't really think that whether a section or not was made for it, that it would make an extensive difference considering that most people would tend to search for such sections/threads and that would lead them straight to it; although this isn't completely accurate, It is somewhat close.
If everyone follows up on the regarding feedback/response for the section to being added, then It'll be surely added in due time once It's proven the given evaluation from the community, and as long as that evaluation meets the required estimation before a section is even opened.
The way to look at it is that they're not saying "No you can't have this section or no It doesn't deserve one.". They're just simply stating that they want to see something that's worth having a section, and therefore won't get one until possible advancement on 'resources, development, releases, and let alone something to even be considered more than an emulator'. If none of these are being met, then it's not because the Admin's or staff won't give you a section, It's the fact that not everyone is committing enough to show that it requires a section.

there is a reason that the development under discord , morever the only thing i saw in the discord is peoples try to fix arena and doungen and setup the server doing section for that will be waste of time as no one will release anything there, we have high activity in our discord you may join there but section will not be.

again i explain as better i can why bns wont get section,
Blade & Soul is under discord development,
since the risk the forum take publish blade & soul section with their server files can put ragezone in danger
now about the section , its pointless to create section for a game with most of the developers on discord, they not interested to share
their knowlage they get , and tools they created , and i dubet someone will do that , i understand the traffic of peoples want section for the game
but you need to understand for section you need to share knowlage or tools for the section MenTal and his moderator say that like 100 times
and you keep request, ITS WONT HAPPANED.

I’m taking this back now as there seems to be a very heavy consistency with file development and honestly, I hope that more files will end up getting released but apart from that, It seems that a lot more people are backing it now with forwarding support from each individuals when it comes to helping with fixed and more.
It would be nice for sure to see an individual section for this game.

The requirements for creating a section are met.

at this stage i dont think there will ever be a section.... last section to be added was Vindictus.... which is unfortunate digging out the tutorials from the Extra section is a pain

i think its will not be that smart to do right now ,
not a lot of peoples managed to understand also the bin files and they still learn
some peoples have their own bin editors but that not what important
its like what called lets throw that old and keep the new, new information or something that will help to the community will maybe post in 1 year when its become junk many of ragezone are also on the discord managed to understand that files but not sharing their knowledge and the guide
not what called best information , section will be nice but you must understand that all the thing that been post are outdated because lot of peoples already meet those error and solve it like they eat popcorn, i saw some useful tools that create maybe by 2 peoples here and they useful
however the knowledge ragezone will get from discord member not worth at all , since the guide posted nothing .

read what i said here and you may also review the state don't run to preform that action , there are few mistake of moderator did in the past for open 2 inactive section like vindicates and a.v.a look at the forum stats and see what i talk about.

however lets fix what you said as discord server present
lets say you put guides release your tools , then what the community its not like you and Ashelly can actually handle alone in this section like bns-buddy
that there Ashelly and another one like king because they are top modders for the game
if you say i wrong i suggest we wait for bns section and we see ;)
don't take it wrong but this the truth, there are small amount of peoples that help the rest

We have been waiting for a response for weeks =)
should we expect a section for Blade and Soul or not?
There are a lot of game sections on this forum that have not been updated or updated for months, or even years, but they are still kept in the main sections of the forum. Isn't there a place for Blade and Soul?

It will be, we just have to wait as they’re usually caught up in various other matters regarding life and other stuff in general.

@Madison sorry for tagging you but unfortunately its been really long since you last replied with "gonna review this".
And there were several tools released as well.
Currently mostly in private discord but eventually when a section for bns opens, this will be posted here imo.

1st you not moderator so you can forget from this line ("very soon I will open a section of blade and soul")
2nd blade & soul files are working but they are 2017 nothing them are unstable you just need to understand how the bin file working unless you have other version but yet this is where its stand for now as i understand lot of talented leave bns development they are stopped working with those files
no point for ragezone to open section as nobody will give support and when i mean support , tools or guide things like that
one person wont do that.

To open a section for a particular game at the moment. First of all, I think it would be better if it had source code, to be able to convince people to focus on it. Maybe it's something wrong with the login. Or a few bugs in the source code. But better than leaked files

Give it some time, there is some caching going on and threads need moved and organized. Rules will be set up. But I understand some mods are ready to work on that so, it should be faster than me!

sorry my bad link was incorrect. had some issues with the admin caching.
So its there rules are up, its being worked on, and the other subsections should show up soon.
