Why SQL PORT 80?
1433 SQL PORT, and you need to open this port in firewall, and enable sql to internet

It's mistake, i change it to 1433 again.

My friend, port 1433 is on.
and i still get ERROR.

open 1434 too.

if you check the forum you will see to much topics with this problem. Also your problem is on your webhost , You dont have mssql extension enabled. If you have acces to your php.ini go and enable mssql.dll and msqli.dll if you dont have acces and your webhost is LINUX send a topic to your provider to enable mssql extension on your webhost.

can u have another idea?

1) In sql server configuration manager / enable Named Pipes and TCP/IP
2) Check By TCP/IP/Properties/Ip Adresses Box / IPAll put TCP port 1433 and if TCP Dynamic Ports Is 0 or another Number just delet and let the box empty

still this error :(

what xampp version using or u install on Webhost ?

are u sure u did all TCP/IP and ports 1433 and active ports in TCP/IP config etc

I know this error I had this error in the past so now

webhost sherlockhost.

Do you have ip IPv4 ? I saw a lot of companys that sells vps and for ipv4 you have to pay extra. Also be sure your vps have ipv4.

was problem with the port 1433 in the webhosting.
