Why server still off?

I may be wrong, but the way it is before the inauguration, we can clearly see that it will be just another server like many others.

Lack a little professionalism and be more adult on the part of many '' adm ''.They launch and in a week the server is dead and in the following week they relaunch with another name and the publicity communities do nothing about it.
