Warning: PS Sistemas

On July 7, I received an email about someone change my password on certain site..

only 2 games I play Mu Online S15 Private Server and World of Warcraft.

Then I keep trying to dig. Open Cports to see active connection. Found out that the BP34QNK1.exe was Sending Packets.

Then I went to Process location and turn out it was PS Sistemas.

Then I search video about this PS Sistemas Gameguard.

Turn out they can take a screenshot of your desktop and see what on your screen.

That Certain site happened to be on my desktop sticky notes and login info was also paste on that sticky notes..

I also deleted that BP34QNK1.exe but when I open MU again, it create another exe with different name.
When you block it with firewall, you cant connect to the game at all.

The PS Sistemas have illegal method viewing your screen and able to see what process you running.

well, you have a name in their certify for signed code.

Even if its Digital Certified. But it is against to take a screen shot of your own desktop and upload it to them.

Let say im playing Mu Online that is running PS Sistemas. Used Mu Helper and Alt Tab to Browser and check email or buy stuff online.
What if your reading your email or typing your own credit card then suddenly the guy whos running PS Sistemas on their Mu Online press "Take a Screenshot". That would exposed your privacy to them.

PS Sistemas Function.
- Player search by HWID, IP or Character (MuOnline only).
- Screenshot of detection the moment the system sends the information to the server.
- Request a screenshot of the player screen whenever you want.
- System of exclusions of the basic protection, that allows to release certain software.
- Allows you to load external DLLs.


I ended up trying Anti-Screenshot tool.
Like SpyShelter, Zemana Anti-Logger, but it wont let the game launch perfectly..

EDIT: Screenwings works. Hopefully any MU Running PS Sistemas can enjoy that blackscreen.


Here an Example of server taking a screenshot of your desktop.. Picture jpg at 1080p Resolution usually at 1mb size. See the owner of this server is active around 3pm-10pm in my timezone GMT-5.. You can see the graph uploading at 1mb+ during those time line.. but when the owner goes to sleep, the upload seems normal.

For a Anti-Cheat that actually send packets higher than game itself, its fishy enough. Not even Battleeye,Nprotect, VAC. Does this.

You can report that to microsoft, so the EV Certificated should be take down. Since there is no warning to the user who use this software.

Many big companies like EasyAntiCheat and BattleEye use functions like that, the difference is, they show a dialog who notify player at first start and if he don't agree the game don't open. i'll add the same dialogue at PS on next update.

This function can be disabled at server side too if admin need that.

I kinda like extra help on Mu Protection all the time, i kinda testing every anti-cheat system so far,
Mu is suffering from cheaters, it's an old game and all the bad stuff.. However, i think its good to have such a protection.. but is bad in "wrong" hands.

Besides that, nowdays many of the top games using even harder methods, threw kernel and you are most of the time exposed (on some high skilled hackers). I feel safe, when i know that i can prove a certain player is actually using hacks, by just showing a screenshot either if is automatic, or if i he is suspicious and i press the button, what a relief..

I think you need to be carefull, if the server you play is just a server, or if there is a real company behind.
Sometimes there is kids like 14-15 etc years old running a server, then for sure u are not protected.. but let me tell you something.. in any case, if the admin really want, he can try many methods to steal from you informations, dont forget "account informations", most of players already using same passwords on every device, email, accounts e.t.c they have.. Whos telling you that i can't just type on paypal or any other platform, all this emails and passwords, at the end i will find 2-3 workings for sure..

So, the problem is who's behind the server, not the antihack.. hopefully i am correct

You can report this kind of software (just google it) and make sure that nobody will be able to see what kind of porn you are watching, who are you talking to, your bank account, and anything else running opened on the screen.

I personally never run these kind of software on my PC, ever.

None of them take screenshots of your screen, it is illegal by design and there is no law that can allow you to do this. Antiviruses have this feature only when your device is stolen. You copying (I actually saw that days ago by mistake) BEA's message box is lame... only shows what kind of copy cats you all are, as always been. Regardless of this, please stop taking sensitive data from people's PC's because it won't stop anything.

• Everytime that the game is opened a random name of "PS GameGuard" process is created, total virus-worm activity, also when you close the game the random process name STILL OPENED, this is the reason why this shit can take screenshots all the time and everyone can steal your data (even with the GAME CLOSED!).

• Every Administrator can add a process name for detection, let say "explorer.exe", so this shit will take screenshots all the time (detecting Windows Explorer) and the result of this is totally dangerous, the proof is that you can see that the random process name steal a lot of bandwith of your internet.

• About protections:Driver: Protect "main.exe" and the random process name via ObRegisterCallbacks doesn't stop anybody to cheat, certain anti-virus softwares doesn't allow drivers to be loaded (even signed) and for Usermode: Injecting a DLL in every process and hooking via EAT/IAT/INLINE the following APIs:ZwOpenProcess, ZwWriteVirtualMemory, keybd_event, SendInput & mouse_event, doesn't stop anybody to cheat, there are a lot of differents APIs that can be used to have the same results (For example: PostMessageA for sending Keyboard or Mouse input).

- Yes, Administrators can take screenshots when they need or see some player who they think are cheating.
- Otherwise PS only takes screenshot when detect something, and their resolution is "pf4bit" (Very low).
- PS send ticks every second to PS Server "heartbeat"
- About random names is for TGH cheats who modify the PS memory, but that already was removed and changed to a fixed name "PSGG.64.exe" at lasts builds.
- PS still running after game closes for 5 minutes and then close yourself for if players start game again don't need wait PS loads all again.
- CPU usage is from handle protection, and administrators can change the delay of all PS codes for it use less CPU or more CPU.

You are allowing to all Administrator to take a screenshot and any moment, when the game started, when someone adds "chrome.exe" to his detections and full screens are taked everytime, exactly like a spyware and no alerts o something appears on the desktop when the screenshot is taked, just violating the privacity like the thread's starter.

No, because he doesn't put a fixed value (of kernel32.Sleep) and let the administrator to put a very low value to detection scans, and it can cause a LOT of CPU usage and the microproccesor can go to high temperature level and reduces his lifetime.
Also, we are talking about information stealing with massive screenshots, fake process detection (chrome.exe, firefox.exe, discord.exe, explorer.exe) to keep stealing data, we are talking of more sentences than just high CPU usage.

I'm not quite sure what this "Password reset" has to do with this anti-cheat though. Is this anti-cheat making non-game related screenshots?

Most of Administrator are using this virus-guard for damage purposes because a screenshot can be taked anytime even NON-GAME RELATED SCREENSHOTS because all Administrator is using this software for that, nobody has "turned off" screenshots function, we can know that because the PS Process is using A LOT of bandwith & cpu on everywhere.

That is correct and not correct, NONE of the big games using big anti cheat systems make screenshots of people's PC, this I can confirm. If they did, the legal implications would be horrendous. Furthermore, yes, PS does a screenshot of your desktop (and anytime) before the game starts and possibly even after it stops. I saw hundreds of Desktops on customer's servers that were ditching PS.

As soon as I will have time I will monitor and analyse this crap because if he holds screenshot's of my Desktop, he is terminated.

I really don't care about some opinions here, we have many customers who know how our system works and like it.
Can say all you need, our customers know if they are secure or not.

If somebody have some kind of problem just call me and let's talk.

Then there was this server that opened recently S15. I Started playing it for 2 day (AFK). Then I recieved email on phone that someone change my pw on certain site. It really hard to guess the password.

It was on my sticky note desktop my cloud drive user/pw. yes this was my old pw (I dont think anyone can easily guess this or even bruteforce this pw its been my pw for that cloud drive for like almost 4 years.. Your asking why its on sticky note, cuz it ask everytime when u try to open the cloud drive and I cant remember the pw well so its on sticky note. (This pw is no longer used)

I dont download any hacks, the only program i download and installed was Glasswire(Firewall) and BitDefender.
I bought this gaming computer since 2018 (Acer Nitro) and only those 2 program was installed + World of Warcraft.

Ever since I received that email of password change. I been thinking Ive been hack or something, but I have never downloading any other program on this gaming computer for years (Except wow patch updates). The only recently program i download was that 1 game MU S15. Ive been looking at in firewall and encounter that BP34QNK1.exe have active connection, then when I closed it. The game MUS15(main.exe) would also shut down. I even block it on my firewall but a random new name .exe have been created every time PS Sistemas open and then I Surf the net found the video of it that it can take screenshot of your desktop and end any process of the user whos playing the game.

The owner of that MUS15 must been the one who change my cloud drive.

But anyway like @Dope Boy One Said "its good to have such a protection.. but is bad in "wrong" hands.".

But yah that was my last MU Game. just went back to WoW.

I doubt that they will not be able to read it..as jpg at 1080 resolution can be compressed to less than 200kb and still readable font. This is what i tryed to explain, every owner who run PS Sistemas/GameGuard can take non-game related screenshots anytime, every owner can detect process names like "chrome.exe" "firefox.exe" "iexplorer.exe" "opera.exe" and see what you are doing while navigating over webpages or using your computer exactly like a spyware, every owner can steal private information through this, is for this reason why he sell a malware to everybody and need keep doing this stupid think because if not, this kid can't win a single dolar.

I don't want to be a silent majority just reading this because it seems like there is some kind of 50/50 opinion on this matter.

Selling a software that allows one person to take non-agreed upon screenshots of another person PC is a huge security threat. It's basically selling a malware software under a disguise of the game. It's an action that is illegal in many countries and it's not a minor crime to do.

It's like selling illegal weapons and saying that you are doing nothing wrong because you are not the one who's pulling the trigger on the victims. Shame on you.

Cheat prevention is not good enough justification to let a bunch of MU private server admins have a malware installed on their players computers.

I don't really think that taking a screenshot of the whole client's screen would prevent him from cheating, but if you really think this helps, you could take that screenshot only of the game window (MU, in this case).

On a FPS game, taking a screenshot of the game only can help if the player have for example a WallHack or ESP activated, on a MMORPG this is totally useless and its only used to steal player info, as everyone can see.

GameShield record a video of player desktop, but it's another software.

I have used PS and it is very good for its cost, of course it is as everything is not perfect or anything like it
and that of taking a picture has been going on for years and it doesn't really make sense since the vip hackers
are not on desk but hidden and are the ones who really hurt in the game.

Even if PS would take it out, nothing would happen to the antihack because the problem is the hackers vip and those are not seen on the desk or anything.

No, most of admins buy this spyware for the screenshot function, everybody use this function all the time, you can see this specially on MU Online because there are a HIGH CPU usage and Bandwith conssumition, so if he take down this function he will lose various of his customers because he knows that admins "need" this function with the excuse of catch cheaters and the true is that are stealing info and spying all of the players through this spyware.

Really i don't get surprised that a customer from him like you Hugo, come to here to talk nice things about him when he are already exposed with his malware.

Well, the problem is that screenshots convert this into a spyware (malware), thats is what we explained before and about the market there is another solutions that doesn't steal private info to players and doesn't cause damage on players computers (MHP Premium or LiveGuard), users from this systems are here and no problem are on they, instead about PS malware.

To be honest i have used every premium antihack, and i mean everything.. except GameShield, i had never 2 servers running at same time, with such a low amount of hack attempts e.t.c

I don't think you can deal with people who create the possibility for others to hack, we have 1000 possible ways of killing someone that doesn't mean we have to do so. We're in 2020 when every skid can inject an .exe with malicious intent, and we are so easy to fall to these things because what we're looking for is to enjoy the fking game. I also gave a read through this topic and you are not in the right either, you should get explicit consent to access private data such as one's desktop (or anything else that doesn't have to do strictly with the game you're protecting), you did a mistake all we can hope you'll do better from now on. My opinion is that you should have NOT ever included this option for a screen shot in the first place! It's just going to cause a drama in the future when it's found out like now. You want to make a good anti-cheat while also making profit from it well great more kudos to you but don't hand guns in unknow peoples hands! How should any player feel safe with the possibility for the admin to be an ass and leak their information? Or he may decide to do some shady things one day. For this the anti-cheat is also malware-like and any private server using it should be avoided in my opinion!

Mu in general is in bad stage, got some attention with so many newest versions.. but after all, everything around Mu goes from bad to worst.
I have purchased every premium thing related to Mu Online, i only have to say bad things about everyone, and believe me Everyone.
So far my community for examlpe, requesting me to open a server, why should i do this if i have to add crap antihack or crap server files? So far i am okey with my files because are premium, but i never felt okey with ANY previous antihack i used, and i dont need ANY antihacker to tag me from now on, i wont open my mouth and give noone attention, i feel okey with PSsistemas, because i am the owner for example, but i would be sceptical to play on Random servers, when i know the 90% of TOP servers are RULED by 1 man, and the rest servers are Mehh.. so a kid with this antihack maybe Dangerous, still kids as admins with out this antihack are still Dangerous..

What is more Dangerous? as admin to invest alot of money for Host, Webhost, Files, Website, Anti-Cheat, Advertisements, Launchers etc and got 2 kids using some crazy hacks? or even normal hacks because most if not all the antihacks can be bypassed easier than we think?

I dont know about others but when i create a server, even if i failed.. i try to be as professional as i can, and i spend a lot of money to do this(more than 700~1000euro.. ever more than 1k in higher versions, why should i risk it even more with crap softwares? i still feel confident with the antihack because i know who am i as Admin.. and thats pretty much all, sure i will avoid to play on random servers if i am player.

And again we are on the same problem, we can't know if you really are taking screenshots only if the game is focused or not, we can't know why there are a HIGH CPU usage, we can't know why always the process of your antihack is eating a lot of bandwith, we can't know if some administrator make a fake process name detection "opera" "chrome" "firefox" and can see what we are doing on internet browsers, we CAN know that this is total bullshit because a administrator can click on "take screenshot" on the server at anytime and the spyware will send what we are doing.

This is fairly misleading. They do take screenshots, but of the game window itself only.
Not of the users entire screen or anything sitting on-top of the game. It's taken directly from the buffer of the game.

The fact that this is a feature open to anyone that buys in makes your 'anti-cheat' malware lol. The difference with big anti-cheats like EasyAntiCheat, BattleEye, etc. are that they vet their buyers to ensure it's an actual game studio and not some rando looking to abuse their services like what's being explained in this topic with yours. There is no reason for an anti-cheat to take full desktop screenshots, ever.

If you rely on catching cheaters this way, then your anti-cheat is literal garbage.

We've received evidence that server owners have obtained data using this screenshot method in PS Sistemas anti-cheat (not douglasruiz, but other server owners). Therefore we have decided that (as I mentioned previously) we won't allow PS Sistemas to be advertised on RaGEZONE (please, report if you find any PS Sistemas related advertisements). However, we're not going to ban douglasruiz. We don't have a specific rule against this, so we're not going to ban him and we're not going to add a rule neither. If we'd ban users for creating illegal software, we'd have to ban a huge percentage of all users on RaGEZONE.

We're going to allow PS Sistemas to be re-advertised on RaGEZONE once this screenshot feature has been removed.

And we're still not going to allow people to post links on how to report his company. We're not picking any side here. We only want to keep that drama away from RaGEZONE.

e.g. Anti-cheat: PS Sistema, note that by playing to our server we are allowed to micro-manage you.

Yeah, they need to put the reference of the Anti-Cheat that are using, so everyone can avoid enter to some servers with this spyware to avoid that he or admins steals private info from the player through screenshots or whatever he is doing with this software.

That's what an admin can enable to show when a player is about to join the game.

The info in that messagebox is extremely misleading based on how his anti-cheat works. The wordage makes it seem as if the data collected is stored/sent to the anti-cheats own servers, which it's not. The data collected is visible/usable by the games server admins which can make use of said data whenever they want and view said screenshots whenever they want. To claim it's only collecting data when a threat is detected is laughable and contradicts what's already been said in this topic.

As Ive seen the video of how PS Sistemas works. The owner who run it, can see every player system what they are running and also able to End task. What if the owner troll a player just end task chrome/firefox when your doing something. Let say He can see your playing another MU and want to end it, so you can stick on his server.

Yes This.. As I showed thru NetLimiter as my firewall (It can block and Limit connection). Without even any cheating As I dont have any cheat. It was pretty active on uploading during certain times when the server owner is active. So Im pretty sure like you said, the owner can take screenshot whenever he want.. A compressed jpg 1080p resolution pic can be small as 200kb. As the Creator claim that it only upload at very small size, now to achieve a 1mb would prolly take 3-5 pic being uploaded to server owner. What if its grey-scaled pic, that even lower size of the pic.

Screenshots taken from the display buffer of the game when events are triggered are fine, manual screenshots of the whole desktop of a user is not fine.

No, EAC, BattlEye, the game-self uses a buffer that reads all the data of the game screen and NOT ALL THE DESKTOP SCREEN, on MU Online case, its uses glReadPixels API to get all the buffer data of the OpenGL render, save all to a variable allocated in RAM, converts it to a image format and save it to the game folder (im talking about taking a screenshot with the screenshot key).

This is NOT related of what the spyware PS GameGuard is doing, that is seeing all what you are doing when you have the game opened or closed, taking non-game related screenshot and stealing private info from users through this:http://forum.ragezone.com/f610/warni...0/#post9056680

As for me, my opinion is that if Ragezone administration would update the servers publication listing rules to include obligatory info about used anticheat that would be really good move that would at least give a chance to players to be able to identify a threat before it happens.

I like the idea, but it's going to be a real challenge from the organizational perspective. It's going to be difficult to manually verify if server owners speak the truth. We can't download (and most mods do not have the knowledge) every server and check the server processes. But perhaps every little thing helps to protect the community.

I wanted to play season15, for about 2 months ago , I saw some servers on top, from the same administrator, he has like 3-4 servers , and he started to use PS sistemas on season 15, that move has been suspicious for me....
I have searched information on internet, to know how it works this """"""""mega anticheatspyware""""" , because this spyware was blocking all controls over my fu***ng computer ...All my controls were freezen , my SCREEN WAS FROZEN , when I was trying to connect remotely to my pc,I have tried remote control from Microsoft, teamviewer, anydesk, radmin (in local), without results, after monitoring all traffic(fortinet router), I was amazed.

I have deleted everything and I don't want to know anything about servers with this software,I felt like I have been scammed by an Indian:fanny:(isn´t racism, just youtube is full of scammers from that country).

What a way to attract customers, harming the normal user.

BTW: I was his costumer , I bought his system for 1 month just to see if it´s real what he announces...and yes,it is , I´m sure that all screenshots that makes ADMINS goes to admins server and a copy of them to another DB by douglas.
Screenshot was very easy to do, just 1 click and in 5 seconds you can have the picture of whole user's desktop.

2 years later, he is still using his lame spyware.

I think so. At the very least it should include whitelist sensitive apps like web browsers and email and only take pictures of suspicious software.

Most of others problems is that Douglas Ruiz (the coder of this malware) doesn't give a shit about the privacity and the risk of MU Online players and only goes for the money, exactly as a scammer behaviour.

Also you can see how everybody is spying players through e-mails, chats, facebook, instagram, discord, bank accounts, etc through the screenshot function, for more info you can see my message showing e-mails with bank account info (there are more screenshots about this anyway).

We can't do anything because Douglas Ruiz (the coder of this malware) faked his info on his website, so he got a certificated to sign his files so antiviruses can't detect this because a antivirus "thinks" that the software its safe if his signed, thats the another problem, just a certificate problem.

The best solution is don't play on any server with this malware, that even can steal any of your info through screenshots even with the game closed, to check if you have this malware on your PC you can go to:

C:\Progam Files (x86)\PS Sistemas and then delete this folder and you can report his website and his certificated, so the companys can shutdown everything to him and antiviruses will detect again this malware.

Fun fact: is really strange how he stopped to reply this thread when everything of him and his malware got exposed.

Yes, taking screenshots of the whole desktop (non-game related) on MU Online players is totally a spyware behaviour (you can see they checking e-mails, discord facebook whatsapp's web chats, or checking passwords that are saved like the thread starter), but taking screenshots only from the game buffer like EAC/BattleEye/Etc does its ok, its unbeliable how kid your are that you can't understand this, i hope that all antiviruses still detecting it.
