Help to change Hotkey at main.dll file

Hello Ragezone.
Longtime no see.
- Today, i have problem with hotkey on client SS2 Dev by Engine.
- This old project!

This is my problem:
- I want chang hotkey F10 -> F9, F12 -> Do notthing.
- But i no had source. Just know Hotkey in Main.dll File.
- So cant change hotkey by Hex (HxD).
- And Show me, pls!
