How i can remove all Quests from Server | Vsro 1.188

Hello Community, i have a big Problem.

I changed the Service from [dbo].[_RefQuest] and [dbo].[_RefQuestReward] from 1 to 0.

Now my SR_GameServer show me this :

How i can remove the quests from my server. I dont need any quest there.

I removed all Lua Scripts and deactivated all the Service from 1 to 0 in Database.

Can anyone teach me ?

I removed all Lua Scripts from my Server. My Quests arent anymore activated in Game Client, but in my SR_GameServer there is a warning that all quests are disabled, that i want to remove, it annoy me
