Soo wierd... When I pressed a button (random) it turned into top one... When I reselect the layer I need it goes bak too bottom one... I like the top one =P But how did I get this lmao ? Also When I merge my layers I get this mess...

Banner. the first banner looks good for a first you could have used a radial blur to get rid of the "noise" around that thing in the middle and you could have added some sort of background (for a noob id say try and use the gradient tool :D) hold down the fill tool and there should be a gradient tool next to it and at the top of the screen there should be some colours and effects or wat evere that you cna play around with.
EDIT: oh and to get the reflection thing, you could always just save it as a jpeg and than open it up and than:
Image > Rotate Canvas > Flip Canvas Vertically
and than copy it over to your banner thingo, and than hit Ctrl + T (Transform) and hold down "Shift" and than grab the top line that you wil see and drag it down a bit to make it a little smaller, just dont make the whole thing smaller only drag the top down. than you could go to the blending options and give it a gradient overlay with 25% opacity or something, or you could always grab the rubber tool and give it like 35% strength and have it with the soft edges and gently go over the bottom once than a second or a thinrd depending on how you want it to look.
