About School War and Tyranny War

Can someone help me why my Tyranny War doesn't work?

I have searched the entire forum for almost 18 hours now and have not found the solution.

I am using Urban Ran Client and Source, please help.

I have attached 5 photos for reference in hopes that someone can help me it includes my maplist.ini, default.charclass, tyranny.ini and schoolwars.ini

Previous Battle shows 00:00 and next schedule is 24:00
I've tried it on 12 AM but it does not teleport me to the map.
