Hello, on S12 try to find it in Data/Character/CommandManager.xml .
Here is a link with my S12 commands, but is a 50% to work on yours server. - https://pastebin.com/CmuPXrr9 (some commands has modifyed by me )
Same for S15 , you need to have in your server commands... or try to find it in Regular/Data/Commands
